The difference between agents was night and day. Gregg picked up the fumble and ran the ball the length of the field - in very adverse conditions - for a touchdown. When the house went on the market, it was a solid sellers’ market, which quickly changed into an uncertain COVID-19 pandemic! We had one buyer back out of the deal as the stay-at-home guidelines were introduced. Gregg maintained a positive attitude throughout the sale. What else can I say-He got the house-SOLD!! Gregg knew what needed to be done. I ended up leaving town before the house sold. Gregg kept me informed. He didn’t constantly contact me with minuscule details. That is not to say that he was not a fun guy. On his first visit to the house he identified very specific things that needed to be done, why and provided a list of contractor choices. We scheduled each contractor who delivered on time and within estimates. We listed the house and sold it 4 days later at above list price. I don't think you can do any better than that.

I have bought & sold 12 homes & currently own 4. I wish I could of dealt with selling some of them with him. I live in Michigan & have a lot going on here with the birth of my 2nd grandson & getting my daughter through nursing & psyche degrees this spring. Needless to say I couldn't be out in Arizona & home at the same time. Gregg took time out if his schedule to organize and suggest a course of action with multiple projects I wanted done in my absence. I could not of sold this home without him. Initially I contacted 3 realtors, 1 from Long realtor & another company. The Other realtors wanted to undercut my price for a quick sale & disrespected my opinions. They got FOOLED for sure. Gregg predicted, acquired a price $249,000 more than their bids, that they wanted to list the home for. Hmm? . Amazing focus and endurance by my agent. As for the buyers agent I have Never dealt with such a dishonorable realtor in my life. We would agree, & she'd try to change things. Multiple times. Residual fuel/ Propane issue came close to a possible lawsuit. Her communications were dismal. General knowledge; septic fields & the gems of the property were dismissed. After showings the door was left wide open. Three visits with trash in kitchen waste basket, sandwich wrappers 3 times. My fathers home was disrespected, now my home . I had to have my housekeeper come 3 times for mice & bees in house. If it wasn't for all the work Gregg had done I would not have accepted the buyers offer., because of these issues and more.

They made sure to contact us daily for updates which we really appreciated because the market was beginning to become less favorable. They gave us realistic information and opinions of best options. They saw a comercial on TV for a website that helps you find agents to sell your property. Gregg not only was a perfect fit for the challenges my parents were facing due to the difficulties they have to travel because of failing health and COVID19 restrictions to cross the border. But Gregg happen to be an expert on property in the Oro Valley area. Both my mother and father moved to Mexico so I could take care of them. In addition to trying to sell during a pandemic crisis, they are also frail and have difficulties moving around. Selling their home from Mexico seemed impossible. Gregg made it happen.
